International quality assurance specialist Testronic Laboratories, which has operations in the UK, has named US Quality Assurance President Seth Hallen to the post of Chief Executive Officer.

The Netherlands-based parent company Catalis Group said that former CEO Neil Goodall had “stepped down from the business.”

Testronic also has facilities in Poland, Belgium, Japan and California, where it has ramped up operations with a dedicated laboratory for digital entertainment covering web portals and mobile devices, and platforms for broadcast, cable and Video On Demand.

Catalis CEO Jeremy Lewis praised Hallen’s “close involvement over many years with our key Hollywood customers and his keen understanding of their needs, particularly as the home entertainment space continues to transition toward digital download formats”.
